Redesigned and developed new city park system: Hollenbeck Park, Premier Park,
Stanton Park, and Zuniga Park.

Defeated Measure A that would have allowed organized crime and casinos in the
City of Stanton.

Developed over 200 new homes in housing tracts throughout our residential
communities.

Negotiated and signed a ten year agreement with the Orange County Fire
Authority to provide protective services with a 3% cap, saving the taxpayers of
Stanton future costs.

Designed and will build a new neighborhood community center serving the
residents of Stanton.

Brought in over 150 new businesses including Sam's Club, Albertsons, Walgreens,
Sav-On, Starbucks, Autobac, Auto Zone, Carl's Jr, Indoor Swap Meet of Stanton,
What Matters the Most, Con-M Trucking, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Straw Hat Pizza,
Pick-Your-Part Auto Recycling, Baker Brothers Restaurant, Subway, Sizzler,
Golden Steer, Wendy's and Food for Less.

Expanded our Community Parks and Recreation Department to provide more
Senior Citizen Programs and after school recreation programs for our youth.

Founded the Annual Stanton Summerfest/Business Expo and Concerts in the Park
Series.

Founded the Anti-Drug Program Drugbusters.

Founded the City Wide Anti-Graffiti Program that has been a model for other
Orange County Cities.
